It's the moment of truth. One prefect iconic item and the rest is set. It is a calming type of Scandinavian furniture, with much excitement colours going around. A not safe version of contemporer interior I would say. This is my another interior styling for my magazine Livingetc Indonesia, and it was actually quite enjoyable styling moment, especially when you do the interior shoot in the biggest Interior showroom in town. I had a chance to create something fun in Ideko showroom in Surabaya. The replica Scandi furniture option never been delightly sinful and here are the preview.

What's interesting about Scandinavian interior that it consist of an array of shape, each with their specific function. Also, the way they design it procedure of elegance, good design and comfort. Like the living room setting above. Pair of grey sofa with two armchair in soft gray and purple, was able to create the happy feel inside the room. The gold brass purple standing lamp and bench table I put among them, lead us with the correct vibe of the comfort living.

The most interesting part for me was creating a casual dining room for young family. I put the big wood table in black colour between three different style of dining chairs. Two pair of white working chairs, two grey dining chair, and two soft gray arm chair. The eclectic touch in the dining room create relaxed and fun feeling for eating. It was a very good mix of pairing casual and comfort.

Among the four I must say the Scandinavian style is my favorite. Not only because the good design factor behind it, but also the functional size that present a good design between the comfort of the contemporary and happy colors of the furniture.
